How snakes live?

How snakes live?

Introduction:
People think that everything they get told about
snakes is true but most things aren't.
Do you want to learn more? I will now explain how snakes live.

The way they eat:
Snakes eat really weird.
Snakes jaws are not connected so
when they eat you can see the jaw bones
and the way their connected. Snakes have
teeth but they use the teeth to
strike their prey.  After striking their
prey to grip onto their prey they rap
their body around. This then causes
their prays body
to cut of the circulation of the blood
from the animal and they rap their body
around the throat so the prey can’t
breath. After the snake is securely
wrapped around the prey
they will start to swallow it whole when
they swallow it whole they pray
will be submerged in their stomach
acids the rodent
will be ash.

The type of prey they eat:
Snakes are carnivorous which
means they eat rodents, lizards, mammals
and reptiles. If your wondering rodents are rats,
mice, rabbits and much more. Some snakes are
opportunistic which means they wait for
their prey to walk by so the can reach out and
grab it and others just wander around looking for
their prey. When the snake sees its prey it
will extend its body and you can see its skin.

Do snake have a skeleton?:
Snakes have something called a vertebrae
which is basically a skeleton.
Snakes have heaps of rib bones and they do
have very thick scales which protects the very
delicate rib bones.  Their vertebrae is super
duper delicate which means if their older they die
easier because if they fall they die immediately.
Snakes don’t have ears their ears are
underneath their scales by their
sensory pit organs which makes them able
to hear if a predators coming. Snakes have
a very well camouflage scales
so they can hide from their predators.
When snakes

Social Snakes and Unsocial Snakes:
social snakes are used to being
touched e.g Garter snakes are extremely
friendly and there's unsocial snakes e.g
bull snakes, Corn snakes, rat snakes,
green tree pythons, reticulated pythons,
false water cobras and you can watch
snake discovery for more snakes that
can’t live together, when unsocial
snakes live together then they will start
striking at each other and they will slowly die.

Summary:
Remember to always be careful when going out
because you might step and kill a harmless
snake,To always admire from a distance with
older snakes and to try no to get bitten
by a snake it will be painful.
