How To Feel Calm.
Feeling calm is important because you don't want to be angry all the time. Here is an explanation about how to feel calm.
You might feel angry when you feel like throwing things. Another way you might feel angry is you might feel like SHOUTING. Also when you start to overreacting to little things that don't matter that is also when you are angry.
When you need to go to kit cat what do you do when you need to go to kit cat well you can say to yourself it’s okay, it’s okay over and over. Maybe you can take 3 deep breaths. Also you can watch the timer run out of sand.
My happy place is when I play INJUSTICE 2. Another way is to play calm and relaxing music on youtube and eating makes me feel a little bit more calm actually a lot more calm than before.
You're probably wondering how do you know when your calm well you know when your calm when you can concentrate, when you can think and when everything or everyone starts getting calm.
Everyone doesn’t want to be angry all the time right, so you must know how to stay calm. Remember the signs on when you might be a bit angry, remember to go to kitkat when you need to, remember at least 1 of your happy places and remember some of the signs of when your calm. Also not everything I wrote is the same for you, I just wrote what happens to me just like a snowflake everyone is different.
